How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

All of our items are printed to order. This can take a little time. Please see our home page for current processing times. 

Order delivery occurs after orders are processed with us. 

Processing time includes design printing, personalisation, garment pressing & printing, as well as hand packing your order.

If you require sooner, please send us a message prior to ordering or select the RUSH ORDER option at checkout.

While we endeavor to dispatch on time every time, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date however tracking numbers are supplied with all dispatched orders. 

As of July 2023, Australia Post will be providing all tracking updates through their App. Kindly note, that with this recent update, collection notification cards will no longer be left at the premises if you are not home to receive your parcel, however you will receive instant updates and notifications via the App for your reference. It is also the customers responsibility to track the location of their parcel.

Note: we are not located within Australia Post’s Guaranteed Overnight Delivery Network so you may not receive your Express Post items the next day and Express Post items still require the standard processing time. 

  

 

 What is processing time? 

All of our items are printed to order. This can take a little time. Processing time includes design printing, personalisation, garment pressing & printing, as well as hand packing your order. We put a lot of love, detail and precision into every item we print.

In a hurry? We also offer a Rush Order - this expedites the processing time to within 24hrs on business days with delivery after this. This option is available in the shipping section at checkout and also includes express postage. 

 

 

Why was my order returned to you by Australia Post?

If your address was incorrect or your item was unclaimed at the Post Office Australia Post may return it to us. 

If your address is incorrect or your item is unclaimed or returned to us for any reason we will forward the Return To Sender fee of $10.65 on to you.

We contact all customers whose items are returned to us for further instructions.

 

What if there is a problem with my order or it is not what I expected? 

Please contact us and we will endeavor to fix the problem. 


 

Do you print custom orders? 

Yes, we do. Please contact us to discuss your design and for a quote.

Please note, at some times through the year we get extremely busy and may not be able to accommodate custom orders. We can advise of this with your initial enquiry.

I didn't check the size chart and have ordered the wrong size, what can I do?

Due to all of our items being printed to order we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

We suggest checking the size charts thoroughly and comparing the measurements against an item you have at home laid flat. If there is no size chart available in the listing images or you have any questions, please give us a call or send a message via the contact page. We are always happy to help with sizing choices. Please contact us for any information required.


 

Do you offer Express Post? 

Yes, we do, and you can select your shipping option at checkout. 
 
Selecting Express Post speeds up delivery time, NOT processing time. We still require the advertised processing time to prep, print and pack your order. 
 
Tilly&Wilbur post from an address outside of the Express Post network - this means that Australia Post use the fastest possible transport links but your delivery won't be covered by the Next Day Guarantee. 


 

How much is postage? 

We use flat rate shipping which means you can add as many items to your order as you like and only pay once!

A note on colours & styles...

Many of our listings use "lifestyle" images to promote the designs. This means that the colour/style you receive may not be an exact match to that pictured. We also use different suppliers across our range of baby, children and adult garments therefore the colours in 'matching' sets may not always be identical. Please contact us prior to ordering if you would like to check what you will receive for your sizes.

Yes, please enter code STANTHORPEPICKUP at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready for collection from our studio next to Go Vita in the IGA Complex.
